Clear ownership
Name what I led, what the team shaped, and where another function retained authority.
Complex research rarely begins with a clean question or ends with a single readout. My approach is to frame the decision, connect the evidence across the system, and carry the work into the next choice.
I look for the tension that gives the work a center: what is changing, what is at risk, who must decide, and which uncertainty is preventing movement.
These are not caveats added at the end. They shape how the work is structured from the beginning.
Name what I led, what the team shaped, and where another function retained authority.
Keep findings connected to sources, limitations, and the level of claim the evidence can support.
Influence, implementation, and measured outcome are different things, and the story should say which one is proven.
